Position: Home Care Assistant

Salary: £12.30 -£14.30 an hour

About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you could earn from £420 per week. On top of this, you will receive: 40p per mile, free uniform, free DBS, free Life assurance, paid three week induction program, guaranteed contracts, fixed work patterns, and paid travel time.

This community-based Home Care Assistant role will be supporting clients with a variety of needs including personal care within their own homes, you will need a UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Our Home Care Assistant role allows for flexibility and delivers care to our clients between 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm.

Main Duties

• Identifying the needs and abilities of our clients and providing personal care and encouragement to them
• Assisting with medication, meal preparation and domestic services
• Supporting with community visits (shopping and leisure trips)
• Regular communications with the office support team
• Reflect our HEART values in your day-to-day work

Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients
• Previous experience. This isn’t essential, as full training is provided
• UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
• Business insurance on your vehicle or are you happy to obtain it?
• Flexibility during working hours and in the weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
