About the Company
Our Story
Founded by Sally Graham, Avant HomeCare is led by a team with decades of combined experience in the care industry. Sally began her career in 1996, quickly building a successful business that delivered essential care services to communities across London. In 2010, after selling her initial business to one of the UK’s top home care providers, Sally launched Avant HomeCare, driven by her commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable care.
In this new journey, Sally partnered with Deepa Dungar, Avant’s Operations Director, who brought over a decade of expertise and a strong track record from their previous venture together. Joining the team as Non-Executive Director is Mike Horgan, a senior care professional with years of experience in the industry, adding further strength to Avant’s leadership.
