About the Role
Happity is the UK’s leading marketplace for baby & toddler classes. We’re looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our Customer Support Team whilst our CS Assistant is on maternity leave – and possibly beyond.
We are a small team who are passionate about the work we do to end loneliness in new parents and we are proud of our achievements with our products. We’ve seen huge growth in the last year, with up to 350k unique users to our website each month, ~120k parents subscribed to our mailing list, and over 5.5k class providers listing their classes.
We trust our team to work remotely, taking responsibility for their own working practices that will help them deliver their best work.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
The role would primarily involve looking after our Class Providers and ensuring they have a great experience using our system to market and book their classes.
We’re an agile team and strive to offer an excellent service as well as a product that wows our class providers and parents. Quality of delivery is at the heart of what we do, so this role is vital to Happity’s success.
Main Duties
- Supporting customers with queries about the system (on the phone and in writing)
- Troubleshooting possible technical issues
- Administration tasks (including invoice chasing)
- Looking after email inboxes
- Checking and maintaining spreadsheets / processes
- Project based work e.g- Help Centre maintenance
- Potential research requirements

HOURS & COMPENSATION
Hours: This is a part-time role (which could be covered by 2 applicants) and requires 16 hours per week with the potential for additional hours when required by the business – the majority of the team work part-time as standard.
The hours we are looking to cover for this role are quite specific to ensure good coverage for our providers. However, this role can be done between 2 applicants and there is also some possibility to shift days around with other team members. So please don’t let these timings put you off applying if they aren’t 100% what you can do, but make this clear in your cover letter which timings you could/couldn’t do.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
- Mon, Wed and Thurs mornings (9-12noon)
- Tues, Wed and Thurs afternoons (2-5pm)
- Thursday evening (1 hour between 7-9pm)
- Saturday (1 hour, flexible time)
