About the Role
Kinney Lisovicz Reilly & Wolff PC, a prestigious law firm, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Client Contact Data Entry specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our database.
As a Client Contact Data Entry specialist, you will be responsible for inputting and updating client contact details, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails. You will ensure that all information is entered accurately and efficiently, and that any discrepancies or errors are resolved in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties
- Accurately inputting and updating client contact information in the database
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of client data
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in client information
- Performing data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency
- Assisting with data clean-up and maintenance projects
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative role preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
