Position: Care Support Worker
Salary: £13 to £17.34 per year hour

About the Role
As a Care Support Worker, you will assist vulnerable adults with care needs, helping them stay safe and comfortable in their own homes. Your support will also provide family members with much-needed respite, enabling them to continue caring for their loved ones.
Working Hours:
Weekdays: Various hours available, typically from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, focused on providing homecare.
Weekends: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and/or 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Flexible Scheduling: Choose your own regular hours to work, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications
- To make a good Care Support Worker you will need to have good written and verbal communication skills and a calm and caring manner. You don’t need to have previous experience, anyone new to care will be enrolled on the Care Certificate with full pay and you will be provided with a full induction for all new staff.
- UK full driving licence
- Although not essential, we very much welcome previous experience working with vulnerable adults, Outreach Support Worker, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker
