A rewarding opportunity has arisen at the Co-op Group as they are currently in need of the services of a Business Development Assistant. Candidates with the requisite experience and qualifications are welcome to apply.
The Co-op Group traces its origins to the co-operative consumer societies established by the Rochdale Pioneers. In 1863, these independent societies united to form the Co-operative Wholesale Society (CWS), which supplied Co-op products to numerous Co-op stores. Over a century, the CWS underwent significant transformations, ultimately evolving into The Co-op Group. Throughout its history, the organization has maintained a commitment to ethical practices, culminating in its position as the largest convenience seller of Fairtrade products and a driving force behind legal reforms safeguarding retail staff.
