About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Main Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our computerised systems.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Organise and maintain office files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Provide clerical support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and team members effectively.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
